2. Avoiding Physical Activity 🚶♀️
Mobility may become more difficult with age, but remaining sedentary is one of the fastest ways to deteriorate health — both physically and mentally.
Why it’s deadly:
Inactivity increases the risk of heart disease, diabetes, obesity, depression, and even dementia.
Fix it:
Even light activity, like daily walking, stretching, or chair exercises, can boost cardiovascular health, maintain muscle strength, and improve mood.
