### **Ingredients for the Ultimate Giant Muffaletta Sandwich**

For the **sandwich**:
– **1 large round loaf of Italian bread** (you want a sturdy, round loaf that can hold all the fillings without falling apart)
– **1/2 lb salami**, thinly sliced
– **1/2 lb ham**, thinly sliced
– **1/2 lb mortadella**, thinly sliced
– **1/2 lb provolone cheese**, sliced
– **1/2 lb mozzarella cheese**, sliced
– **1/2 lb pepperoni**, thinly sliced
– **2 tablespoons olive oil** (for drizzling on the bread)

For the **olive salad** (the star of the show!):
– **1 cup green olives**, pitted and chopped
– **1 cup Kalamata olives**, pitted and chopped
– **1/2 cup roasted red peppers**, chopped
– **1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts**, chopped (optional but adds extra flavor!)
– **1/2 small red onion**, finely chopped
– **2 tablespoons capers**
– **3 tablespoons olive oil**
– **1 tablespoon red wine vinegar**
– **1 teaspoon dried oregano**
– **1 teaspoon garlic powder**
– **1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes** (optional, for a little heat)
– **Salt and pepper to taste**
