Mac and cheese collard greens sweet potato potatoes and corn bread

Ingredients:

2 cups elbow macaroni
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the macaroni until al dente, drain, and set aside. In a saucepan, melt the butter, whisk in the flour, and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened. Add the cheeses, salt, and pepper until melted. Combine with macaroni, pour into a baking dish, top with extra cheese, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Collard Greens
Ingredients:
1 bunch collard greens, cleaned and chopped
3 cups chicken broth
1 smoked turkey leg or ham hock
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar
