Trump lashes out at Kamala Harris after she revealed surprising private remarks he made to her

Trump doubled down, portraying his 2024 win as a “landslide.” He cited the Electoral College tally of 312-226 and claimed sweeping victories in all seven swing states. He also argued he won the popular vote, despite what he called California’s “rigged” mail-in ballots.

“Kamala’s ‘closest in the 21st Century’ soundbite was, like everything else in the Democrat Party, A TOTAL LIE! I expect an apology,” Trump declared.

The Reality of the Numbers

While Trump did win all seven swing states, his victories were far narrower than he suggested. In Michigan, he secured just a 1.4% lead. Wisconsin was even tighter at 0.9%, while Georgia saw a margin of only 2.2%.

These razor-thin margins delivered Trump the Electoral College, but they also cast doubt on his claim of a sweeping landslide. In reality, the race looked more like a photo finish.
