- Boil the Pasta
Cook penne in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside. - Sear the Steak
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Add sliced beef, season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Sear until browned, then transfer to a plate. - Sauté the Veggies
In the same pan, add onion and bell peppers. Cook for 3–4 minutes until softened. - Add Garlic
Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. - Deglaze with Broth
Pour in beef broth, scraping up any browned bits. Simmer for 2 minutes. - Make the Cream Sauce
Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy. - Combine Everything
Return the beef to the pan, add the cooked pasta, and toss to coat evenly in the sauce. - Final Simmer & Serve
Let everything simmer together for 2–3 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve warm.
