Creamy Steak Penne Pasta with Bell Peppers

  1. Boil the Pasta
    Cook penne in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the Steak
    In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Add sliced beef, season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Sear until browned, then transfer to a plate.
  3. Sauté the Veggies
    In the same pan, add onion and bell peppers. Cook for 3–4 minutes until softened.
  4. Add Garlic
    Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Deglaze with Broth
    Pour in beef broth, scraping up any browned bits. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Make the Cream Sauce
    Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  7. Combine Everything
    Return the beef to the pan, add the cooked pasta, and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
  8. Final Simmer & Serve
    Let everything simmer together for 2–3 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve warm.
