Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Crispy Potatoes

Directions

1. Prepare the Potatoes

  • Wash and cut potatoes into small cubes.

  • Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley.

2. Cook the Potatoes

  • Air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times for even crisping.

3. Prepare the Steak

  • Cut steak into 1-inch cubes.

  • Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and optional steak seasoning.

4. Cook the Steak

  • Air fry at 400°F for about 7 minutes for medium doneness.

  • Set aside cooked potatoes.

5. Make Garlic Butter

  • Melt butter in a small pan.

  • Stir in minced garlic and dried parsley.

6. Combine & Serve

  • Pour garlic butter over steak bites.

  • Serve on top of crispy potatoes.

  • Enjoy!
