I was sorting through Reina’s closet when I posted the giveaway: a bundle of 2–3T clothes, free to anyone who needed them. The message had barely gone live when a woman named Nura texted. She said she was struggling. Her daughter had nothing warm to wear. Could I mail the box? She’d pay me back “when she could.”

I almost ignored it. But something tugged—maybe grief, maybe the fragile state of everything around me. My mother had just died. I felt hollow. So I taped the box, paid the postage myself, and sent it to “Nura, Tarnów.”
