### Instructions

#### 1. **Cook the Ground Beef:**
– Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until it’s browned and cooked through. This should take about 6-7 minutes.
– Once the beef is cooked, remove any excess fat from the pot, leaving just a little for flavor. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the onion softens and the garlic becomes fragrant.

#### 2. **Add the Seasonings:**
– Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine, letting the spices bloom in the warm beef mixture. The smell will be mouthwatering!

#### 3. **Cook the Pasta:**
– Add the beef broth to the pot, stirring to combine. Bring it to a simmer and then add the pasta. Stir everything together to ensure the pasta is fully submerged in the broth. Let the mixture come to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low.
– Cover the pot and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and has absorbed much of the broth. Stir occasionally to prevent the pasta from sticking.

#### 4. **Make the Creamy Sauce:**
– Once the pasta is cooked, reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Add the butter and Parmesan cheese, and continue stirring until the sauce is smooth, creamy, and the cheese has melted into the sauce. This will create a luscious, velvety texture.

#### 5. **Adjust the Seasoning:**
– Taste the pasta and adjust the seasoning with more salt, pepper, or Italian seasoning if needed. If you prefer a creamier texture, you can add a little more cream or a splash of milk.

#### 6. **Serve:**
– Spoon the creamy beef and pasta onto plates and garnish with freshly chopped parsley and additional grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
– Serve hot and enjoy!
