## **Ingredients**

### **For the Cake Batter:**
– 4 large eggs, separated
– 80g (⅓ cup) sugar
– 50ml (¼ cup) milk
– 50ml (¼ cup) vegetable oil
– 60g (½ cup) cake flour (or all-purpose flour, sifted)
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp lemon juice (or white vinegar)

**For the Meringue:**
– 4 egg whites
– 60g (¼ cup) sugar
– 1/4 tsp cream of tartar (optional, helps stabilize)
